Customers must check the parcel at the time of delivery in the presence of the rider and take photo or video proof in the rider's presence to prove any damage or issue.

Once the rider leaves, no damage coverage or guarantee will be provided from AR-STORE.
Claims after delivery such as rain damage, third-party handling, or issues reported by someone else cannot be guaranteed because our team cannot verify such claims later.
